This two-day course explores in greater depth the dynamics of the soul, the spiritual aspects of the dying process, and the inter-relationship between the dying and the living.
This course will focus on the development of the following skills for Soul Midwives:

Practical aspects of dying and bereavement
Examining the relationship between the dying and the living
Recognizing the stages of grieving and loss
Developing individualised support for the bereaved
Giving practical advice on procedures required after death
Continuing bonds – caring for the newly dead
Non-denominational spiritual companionship to the bereaved
Planning funerals/memorial service
Fee: £475 to include materials, simple lunches and refreshments.
